Law of July 1, 1901, article 5 – al 5,6 and 7 – Decree of August 16, 1901, article 3:
Associations are required to report, within three months, any changes in their administration or management, as well as any changes to their bylaws.
These changes and changes are binding on third parties only from the day they are declared.

Law of July 1, 1901, article 8 – al 1:
Will be punished with a fine of 1500 € for first offense, and, in case of repetition, those who will have violated the provisions of article 5.
